89 Local Transport Plan 2023/24 Capital Programme

89.1 The Committee considered a report of the Executive Director, Economy, Environment & Culture that requested recommendation to the Policy & Resources Committee of the 2023/24 Local Transport Plan (LTP) capital programme budget of £6.357 million.

89.2 Councillors Appich, Platts, Simson, and Wilkinson asked questions and contributed to the debate.

89.3 Resolved-

That the Environment, Transport & Sustainability Committee:

1) Recommends that Policy & Resources Committee agrees the 2023/24 Local Transport Plan capital programme budget allocation of £6.357 million, as set out in Appendix 1 of this report.

Note: Councillors Nemeth and Simson requested that it be recorded  they abstained on the vote.
